    There's no way to disable auto withdrawals for Indian PayPal users.

    I think thats not possible but you can try adding new bank account with no auto withdrawal check box and make it primary bank account (remove old bank account).

    My paypal is in the negative about $1,100. I already opened another checking account at a different bank. Heres my problem. My paycheck is automatically deposited into my checking account. My work didnt have enought time to switch this to my new bank. So 1 more paycheck will be put into the bank that I have linked with paypal. On Friday at 12:00 a.m I have access to my money. If I get to an ATM at 12:01a.m will my paycheck already have been taken by Paypal before I can get it?
