Ok, I am into this trouble since a past couple of weeks, people are paying me by fraud credit cards and after a while paypal is hanging me with the "paypal chargebacks"

I want to know if there is really any way I can disable accepting credit cards on my paypal account?

If you can help in any other way to fight this fraud CC transaction, I will be greatful to you.

    Thanx

Contact Paypal directly, they can set that up for you. Their customer service responds within hours every time I've used it, and you would have better luck with them.

my friend had been charge back because of this fraud cc transaction. Just like lucidly.com inform you, that is the better way to deal with fraud cc transaction. My friend already settle her problem with bank and right now still waiting result of investigation from paypal.

I used to run a web hosting company mainly dealing with dedicated servers and reseller accounts - To combat fraud, we manually screened all orders before sending a payment link to the user, but this will probably only work for high-end hosting, and not cheaper hosting. I don't believe we lost any customers through this anyway, as all of the information (minus credit card data) was collected on a first step, with no indication that there would be no payment link on the next page. Hosting is a tough industry for fraud, and I'm glad that I'm out of it now. Good luck trying to find a solution!
