Just wanna share this tip for those who fear accidentally clicking their own ads.

    Internet Explorer 6.0

Go to Tools >> Internet Options >> Security tab >> Custom Level

Scroll down until you reached 'Scripting' >> 'Active Scripting' >> Click Disable

    Hope this helps! :)

It will disabled all ads in all websites. Also, its will disable some scripts and not only the google adsense ads...

    I'm not recommending on this.
Just be careful and it will help :)

I've never understood why webmaster would want to disable Adsense ads on their sites when they themselves are viewing it. It's extremely simple, just don't click on them. Now accidents do happen, but your not going to do it more than one, ever... at least your not suppossed to.

I disagree crusader, if your working on a slow machine (like me laptop) and clicking between lots of open windows, its easy to do - I'd rather be safe than sorry.

I guess I was being a bit harsh. There are some instances where it would make sense doing something like that. I prefer to be extra careful, rather than resorting to disabling Javascript or Adsense in totallity on my machines.

If I'm doing a major session, and know I'm going ot be refreshing sites and clicking around lots, I'll do it then - I edit the hosts file to remove the ad server - a tip I learnt in a thread here. :)

    Btw, I have a question.

On my blog when I'm trying different layout and position of my adsense, I refresh the page several times.
Can that be an issue with the adsense TOS?

    Google says:
We take the issue of invalid clicks and page impressions very seriously. As a result, we have a dedicated team of specialists, as well as automated systems, to flag and review any unusual activity. Simply viewing your pages yourself will not jeopardize your good standing in the AdSense program - however, please continue to avoid clicking on any ads, and don't reload your pages excessively.

    I say:
    excessively means ten thousand times.

Thanks a lot for the response.

Guess I'll try to not refresh too much
Whenever I update, I tend to check if everything looks fine on several pages. Then I will modifiy something that don't suit me, and off again refreshes and browsing several pages.
