wordpress is a great choice. it has many themes to chose from. by the way, if you want to revise the code, you'd better learn html, css, and php

WordPress is a good starting point if your looking for an Open Source framework. Additionally, you can try Joomla.

The development of a website should be a complete and deliberate process. You will have many files and graphics that support your site and they need to be kept organized as you develop your website. This way whenever a change or update is necessary you can control the process much better.
One of the best ways to do this is by the construction and maintenance of a website outline. This is where you will keep track of the physical data that comprises the website and it helps you to keep control of your growing website structure.

You can use anything from a basic text editor to Adobe Dreamweaver. Personally I like the WYSIWYG editors Dreamweaver and Expression Web, but they come with a fairly steep learning curve.

I have never used wordpress so can't comment but if you search for FREE WYSIWYG web editors, I am sure you will find something easy to use that will do a basic job (depends on how you intend to make money from your site though!)
