In your instance, I would recommend you start something to do with music and social aspect. The domain extension doesn't emphasize to the average customer as a corporation, so as you will be approaching in the market, it's best to start with something such as a music blog or a free music service. However, look into your market and find out what's possible, your domain gives you a massive advantage to brandability and simplicity so take it for it's worth. Just don't rush it, when you do, it's not even worth doing.

i would think it would better if you make something interesting with loads of work into it , or work put into it , sounds , design , and cliches go for it
IMO, want = something people want , .fm = radio; so stick to something combining both words to the user
Ask visitors to submit names of their favorite tracks and then provide access to them (as a paid service of course, not pirated stuff). Something like itunes? It could be a digital, on-demand and online music player...
Make it a wish list for people for free...it requires user to registered so you have a solid subscriber. There they can share their wishes, what they want from anyone or anything...try to categorise it in order to know what's on people mind these days....
