Straighten your avatar picture and get back to us with a question that can be answered Seriously, what do you mean by develop php projects easily ?
i am very very sorry, it is not funny. I am using reverse avatar in gmail, yahoo, orkut, facebook, twitter and so many sites. Reverse avatar is a just different thinking. I can play with wordpress, joomla and drupal. But i can not develop CORE PHP projects, its taking long time, please provide some solution.
i find it easier to develop large projects including custom cms or web applications when i use a php framework for rapid application development. my current favorite is codeigniter other than that p4a is a good one. do a google search and see which one fits your needs
Try to google "PHP for dummies" it is a very good hand book! P.S. ( I am not insulting you but this book i really good )
