How To Develop Links Without Paying

Hello Everyone

how can I generate backlinks for my website without doing paid link, advertising or any kind of paid submission.

In my view what I need to do:
1. Directory Submission
2. Article Submission
2. Forum Submission
3. Social Bookmarking Submission.

Know is there any other way please help me so I can generate backlinks for free

Try guest posting... that will be the best...

Write one interesting article, find some blogs that will be helpful in your niche and ask them to publish your post with link back... they will get free content, you will get one nice link

About article submission... If you do that, than rewrite your articles to be unique... do that only once, not more than 20-25 article directories... Many articles on the same directory is a waste of time... Many links from same domain, not worth your time

Forum "profile page' creation is now-a-days becoming very popular. Just create profile in the top do-follow forums and post your anchor text keyword alongwith your website homepage in the profile page and forget it. You dont have to sign in back in the forum, you will see the results within a month in google.

Have a contest or provide good content that people will want to link back to.

 

you could start blogging too using free blog provdiers such as wordpress, blogger etc.

I use Ping.FM to generate backlinks each week. It is a fully featured application that links your blogs, micro-blogs and social networking websites and update them all with a single click. I would not use this as a daily thing though because the weight of those links could be decreased by overusing their service.

I guess the best answer in my mind is to be open to all avenues and take advantage of each way at the same time making it look natural as possible to the search engines. I hope this helps. Good luck with your venture.

 

@ Scotman, do the spreaded tinyuls via ping.fm are considered as backlinks ? i think they are considered as referrals. Please advise

 

Their is a setting within Ping.fm that you can set when your links get sent out they will not be crunched into a tiny url. I found this trick because I noticed alot of websites use this feature, tinyurl. So your right on the face value if you do not edit that setting within Ping then it will give you a tiny url which will decrease or actually make your link useless in the eyes of SEO so to speak.
