I think it shows both. You must of seen a page that only had reviews. Usually most stumblers give it at thumbs up (stumble), but a few give it a review also. I noticed when I reviewed websites it was just a review and not a stumble (thumbs up). A review is not necessarily a stumble (thumbs up). A review can be negative...
