How to detect proxies...

    I have a website where users register. I wanna know if the following ip is a mimic to US ip address (proxy) or a real one...

    please analyse

    Logged IP's:

    * 67.187.23.203 [Run Cross-Check] (4 times)
    Resolves To: c-67-187-23-203.hsd1.va.comcast.net

    * 70.243.72.128 [Run Cross-Check] (4 times)
    Resolves To: ppp-70-243-72-128.dsl.ksc2mo.swbell.net

    Comcast and SWBell are real ISPs. It looks real to me.
