    Hey all!

Is there a chance to detect if high PR site can pour PR to the site that has a homepage link on it?

If you are asking how you can figure out whether a high pr homepage is passing it's pr to sites linked from there, I don't think there is any tool that can do that. The only way I can see to get some information about this is to keep an eye on links that are on there and see if their pr goes up in the next update.

Is that what you were asking? Were you asking if there was a method to test the effectiveness of a high PR link on a lower PR page? If so, I think time is the only real test.

check PR and count total outbound links.
Less the outbound links more good it is for pouring PR :)
