How to detect frozen accounts?

    Hi.

    Lot of people at Vouchers section,offers activated accts,but some accts won't work....how we can detect such accts?:D

    If Seller create an acct and stop ads after acct creation,then resume it after one week and ads get click/impression,will acct works forever(until funds hits 0$)?

    That's impossible. You can't do anything to detect that
