How to design the twitter page

    I saw the twitter page of "Hilton Hotels" and I liked the design with the space between the header and the below feeds while in the space there is an attractive marketing text.
    The question is: how do I create in Twitter the space between the header and the feeds and how do I enter there a text or a picture ( I believe that this is a text picture)?
