    The best way is to read a lot of tutorials and practice a lot in Photoshop...

    I'd argue that it would be best to really concentrate on CSS and XHTML seeing as that is what websites are made in.

    I personally dont think that someone "drawing" a website and then basically selling you a picture cut up into bits is a decent template if its not got the XHTML and CSS to go with it, but maybe thats just me! :)

    well yes css could be A solution but to a newbie the best way is to use photoshop or flash proggys

    can u say how to customize it???
    or are u referring to the various options inbuilt with it.
    am referring to customizing the looks.
