How to Design a Wordpress theme? guide me Pls

    Hi,

    Can some body guide me which software is used to
    Design a Wordpress theme. I m a Template designer
    but never Design a Wordpress theme. I want to know
    if there is a specific software to design a wordpress
    theme?( like Dreamweaver)
