    You should use a Application to create graphical content.
    If you want to code it try learning a bit of HTML / CSS and use a Syntaxlightning supporting application to write your code ;)

    Btw you can use this applications for designing.
    -Photoshop (expensive but the best imo)
    -GIMP (Freeware)
    -Paint[dot]net (Freeware)
