How to deny user the ability to send email via Outlook 2002

    We have Exchange Server 2003 and our mapi client is Outlook. Out users must authenticate to an NT domian to gain access to their email. I have a request to setup multiple users to access one mailbox to review emails sent to them but not the ability to send. When I added there NT account to the AD...

    NT Domain with Exchange 2003? That's an odd combo. What's the time frame for moving to Windows 2000/2003/2008? LOTS of your headaches with go away...no joke.
