    Go to Your Profile Page and you will see a Link in bottom Left "Close Account"
    Fill the Form one by one .. Your account will be closed immediately!

    You can easily close your paypal account from your profile page> Close account

    He probably is greatly annoyed with Paypal and wants to shut it for good...permanently!

    Or worse, he has withdrawn all the money and for the fear of several charge backs, wants to shut it before the balance goes into negative! :eek: ;) (jk)

    Yes, option is present in your account if you wanna close your account. If still not able to close then contact paypal
