How To Defined Good Layout

    I'm wondering how to defined a good layout for certain design such as Flyers,Website,Banners etc..is it spread out the text and graphics and make it messy enough?or must be in line?or..what?

    any guides?or maybe a website

    Messy is good in a creative way. But not crowded
