How to define the site price

    I have a site and want to sell it but I do not know how much is its real cost.Do anybody has an idea how to count the price???

    It depends on content or traffic
    Some site may have only a little traffic but good content. You can ask a price for your content. Just visit my site and tell me how much will it cost in market. How can you say that ? Only by viewing the content. If your site is great in traffic just prove it by alexa ranking or anything like that.

    IMO, the price range from 8 month net profit to 12 month net profit .
    It also depends on the details and occassions .

    depends on various factors :p like revenue from the site , traffic , PR :)
