How to deep index the directory.

Hello!
Does anyone know this how to get all my deep sites indexed by google. There has to be a way, i only get them indexed 2 subpages down.
Like this:

www.mahdomain.com
www.mahdomain.com/happy
www.mahdomain.com/happy/mappy

And here all the index stops. Why? Porque? What to do?
I have google sitemap currently also.

 

Have you a sitemap of your own on the actual site?

 

http://www.mahdomain.com/ page is blank and http://www.mahdomain.com/happy gives a 404 error

 

Get deep links from other sites. Make rich internal linking to deep pages.

 

Adding a feed does help.

 

No happy and mappy were just examples of how it could be not my actual site.
And i should have written www.domain.com instead of www.mahdomain.com

Anyway i have a .xml sitemap which i did send in to google sitemaps and it indexed only like half of my pages.

What i want is to get my third pages indexed, example of an actual 3rd page:
http://www.add-url.googlepagerankings.com/computers/internet/web-design-and-development/

Maybe I´ll just have to wait and see what happens perhaps it takes some time.

Get some deep links from your frontpage and from other sources and be creative in the internal linking.
