    It is not that simple.

    @avid.michael

    By the looks of things; you are trying to remove the LINK from a theme (wordpress, i am guessing) which would be against the Themes TOS.

    It is your choice to do this, by providing the following advice, i am not responsible for your OWN actions.

    How to Decode?
    Looking at the code, i can see that it is auto-decoded with a "Base-64" Decoder.

    Google about for a Base 64 Decoder or Base 64 PHP Decoder and that should help :)

    recode it but I wouldn't remove the link since that theme was free
    buy a theme if you want a brandfree one
