    Hey all....

I want to launch an Adwords Campaign for a new Web Directory.

Please guide me "How to decide the Daily Budget of an Adwords Campaign"?
On what factors does it depend?

Please note that the domain is just one year old.
Will the launch of an Adwords Campaign give some weightage in Google Indexing of the directory?

    Awaiting your comments........ :)

It depends on how much you want to spend per day. Could be $5. a day or $100. Figure out what your income is and make a decision from there.

Creating an adwords campaign will not effect indexing. Indexing will effect the campaign though.

    As to your daily budget.
Never spend more than you are willing to lose. You need to look at things like your ROI, conversion's etc and work out how much you will spend.

I like to start campaigns and run them over a few days or a week then look at the stats and work out exactly what i can work with on it.

It has to be a balance between your earnings and the amount you want to spend on advertising. If you bid high your ads may be shown but you may loose a lot of money than earning. If you spend too little then there are chances that your ads will never be shown (This is what happened to me when i started with Adwords). So, its a tricky decision.

This is actually very simple. Start with a low budget. Adjust your bids until you are making a decent profit. Up the budget a bit. If you can still make money, up the budget again.

Keep raising the budget for as long as it earns you more money.

    Simple.

Don't limit yourself to a small spend.. My experience is that campaigns set with $1 daily spend will never take off.. I like to start with $50 a day and see what happens.

I like the advice from PortraitProAlex. If we will put 50$ per day then we need to have atleast 2-3K surplus amount otherwise its might go waste. I am willing to start adwords account, so looking for some guidance here. :)

If your campaign is profitable, just put $500 as daily budget... the amount spent will be based on the clicks you receive. But just ensure you are not putting this budget without testing.... Normally if I bid $1 for my keyword, then I would have my budget as $100.. but thats me...
