How to decide a selling price?

I want to start selling off my domain names and some sites such as brandbucket invite me to set a selling price, but how do i determine a reasonable price?
I have had free appraisals but don't trust most of them, but was wondering if Go daddy's appraisals would be a good guide? I've had a free appraisal from go daddy for 34fr.com (free forever, great for free hosting sites for example) at around 166 to 500 dollars which i think might be fair, but on the other hand i registered some free .tk domains (will purchase them if they're worth it) fulham.tk, kensington.tk, socialise.tk etc (10 names all together) and go daddy appraises them at between 2000 and 4000 dollars. Can this be right?
Basically, if i'm going to list my domain names for sale, how do i work out a good price?

The best way to estimate your domain's price is by comparing it with real domain sales in the past that have similarity to yours. I usually use domaintools dot com for this. They have sales history section that's pretty sleek.
