    Hello

I am a SEO and if I am doing SEO for an Hospital site for any keyword like "cholecystectomy surgery" and I knows nothing about this (Because I am not a doctor), also I don`t want to search internet about the topic and then paste it into the forums (It will be the duplicate content/look like a spam or in result I may get banned from using that forum) then how can I discuss about that specific disease and if I make a discussion on the topics which are not related to Health or Medical Services and use link to the Hospital site in signature, then how much effective will it be to have a link related to health on a post which is off-topic (Not Related to health).

    Thanks
    Rajesh Kumar

You should go to a hospital website's and check what keywords are driving traffic for it, then you can choose keywords and optimize website for them.
Also if you dont have any information about special disease you have to search a little for it to know the main keywords of it, then optimize website or article for it.
You also can use of medical forums.
and submit pages of the website to social bookmark websites.

Your problem is simple. Your are trying to add content on a topic that you know nothing about. And, you must not post a bunch of garbage.

    1. Find the content in documents this hospital already has in print form. Your customer must be able to provide it for you.

    2. Forget about a forum. It is simply not possible to pretend you are 20 different doctors. And by doing so, you will post incorrect information that may harm someone.

Focus on social network optimization and the local community.

You're just going to have to put the work into reading the content and putting it in your own words. Or, as tansley said, hire someone to write about it for you.

Get some good content from the hospital staff and educate yourself a bit more on the subject. That is the only way you would be able to interact well and spread good and correct information on the internet... while trying to create backlinks! :)

Dont expect to get the best result with simple way
If you need to get good result, you need to study, at least read some basic about the niche.
Or you can consider to hire some medical student to do the posting for you
