How to deal with a service provider, not showing my link in his sign

    Hello guys,

    I have purchased signatures at DP, i made the payment on 14 July for 2 months.

    Today i came to know that "This user is BANNED at DP".

    What should i do in this regards? Whould i ask for a full refund?

    Where to go next....

    Get your money back, it's his responsibility to at least stay away from being banned.

    Best to get a Win Win situation, check with him how long is his ban. Maybe you can work with him on fulfilling his part of the deal when the ban is over? There are definitely ways to settle this privately and it isn't a big issue. Just a matter of amicable discussions to arrive at a solution acceptable to both.

    yeah! a better idea.... i have emailed him and asked about his ban? lets see if he answer.

    But what should be my next move, if he dosent reply....?

    Give and take some time, as not everyone check their emails regularly. If he doesn't reply after a reasonable period of time and despite the best efforts to reach him. Maybe you can award him a -ve Itrader and post what happen so that others can be wary. But that is the last resort and do post factually, no rhetoric, too much rhetoric would make it seemed like a free for all trashing thread.

    I have made the payment on 14 july, 2008.

    Will PayPal will help me in thi regards......

    But i am planning to wait for another 24 hours and then i'd fill the dispute with PAYPAL.
