    I just start my website for my online business, Itry to get traffic from PPC and SEO but the search engine optimization prices are too expensive for me.

    It all depends on how you monetize your website. Are you selling something, promoting affiliate links, or just Google Adsense? Good SEO is not that hard, it just takes a lot of time and work. Read all you can on here on SEO blogs and through searching the Internet. If you find you can not do it, find a reputable company and compare your potential profits to your investment. It takes time and any method that is too quick is normally temporary.
