Just block all urls from your robots.txt

    Try
    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /

Just shift it, google will reindex your site quickly. You aren't the first person to change the site's platform... there won't be any penalty - they know this happens. It may, however, be judged along with other site activity so if you've been busy with comment spam etc then you may draw negative attention to the site.

just demote it from Google Webmaster tools and then in your robots.txt use this code..

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /

All links will disappear within a week.
