How to customize wordpress theme for my site

I have a site " http://theseopackages.com", i need to install wordpress for blogging like " http://theseopackages.com/blog

How to customize the same theseopackages skin to any of the blog template.

Please suggest good tutorial for wordpress theme customization.

You can customize the theme either by using the theme options, or digging in the stylesheets of the used theme.

There are many tutorials for this, you need to know css, html and php to do this. Just google it.
