Was trying to figure out how to get one of my site's Facebook pages to embed a video and stumbled across this post from Social Media Examiner. Pretty useful basic tutorial for getting the FBML application installed and working on your Facebook page; once you get it going you can do virtually anything you could do in a standard HTML page on your FB page.
