how to creating your interstitial ad page and in your interstitial ad page having a meta refresh - (meta redirect) let the people look at your ads for a certain amount of time and then having the page refresh and then go to the url that you're specifying? or is there any plug-in to get the job done? i'm using Joomla and trying to paste the code provided by valueclick.
