use microsoft frontpage if this is your first time. Go on there play around learn it because that is basically how u make websites. First off go to godaddy.com and buy a domain name. Read everything there learn it. Then get a host for it try ipowerweb.com as a host read everything there as well learn it. then once all that is done use microsoft frontpage to build a website. Start using tables since your new. Good Luck.
