that's easy..learn some photoshop skills and you must have css/xhtml skills that will help you to design your own minisite.Else you can download free minisite from google and try to learned what is the element that makes the design looks great! software you must have 1.Adobe PS 2.Adobe Dreamweaver Just the two software will be enough
I've always used photoshop then flash just to get a few animations in there and to make the overal sight a bit more "flashy"...then just toss it into dreamweaver and upload it.
