How to create Wordpress theme gallery

Hi,

I am planning to make a Wordpress theme gallery that need to have theme demo and download option.

Any idea, what plugins should I use and in general how should I go about doing it.

Thanks for the reply. But I think he was asking about a theme browser like you see at:

rather than how to make a theme.
