    A good site to create sitemaps is xml-sitemaps.com , but, if you're using wordpress use plugin "Google XML Sitemaps".

    You can try A1 Sitemap Generator It's fully functional free 30 days use and does not have limits on URLs (although practical limit may be aruond e.g. half a million unique URLs. But it depends on site, computer, program configuration etc.)

    there are many free sitemap builders online, but i prefer xml-sitemaps.com, because it is the sitemap generator that i found Superlative working
