How to create transfer pages

    Hi,

    I would like to know how to create transfer pages such as this - http://apni.tv/transfer/http://www.zshare.net/video/627491959c96ba82/

    This website - http://apni.tv does it from pages like this - http://apni.tv/community/shubh-kadam/1967.htm

    I'm sure they are not done custom but there is a script that automatically changes external URLs.

    If somebody could please help me do this.
