    If you are looking for a company that could manufacture such a product for you, I would check out ThomasNet. They are a directory of manufacturers. I would say that you would be looking for metal novelty manufacturers or possibly even jewelry manufacturers, but with a little research on their site, you should find companies that would do this sort of work for you.
