How to create text in particular shape (photoshop)?

Hi friends,
I need a help from you.. I want to know how to design a text in a particular shape without losing its beauty.
Something like the image attached below:

I tried it many times in photoshop but failed to get the perfect one!
Please guide me on the right track.

you can use text warp. there is no tool that puts text into specific shapes. you will have to do it manually to make it perfect.

 

put the text over the shape you want and the use warp tool to shape the text...

 

Yup, I tried that.. But could not get a perfect shape like the above example..

This is a good idea its just missing a couple steps

After you created your desired shape with the warp tool it looks a bit blurry/messy correct? So what you then have to do is apply a (sharpen more) filter to the blurry rasterized text so you can see the edges more finely. And then simply copy the texts new shape with the "pen-tool" to recreate the shapes in high quality.

the killer fish thing is done with illustrators fish warp tool..its a 2 minute job!
