How to create tab button can change colour..

    Hi dpeers,

    i have some questions..i know some of us are very expert about this. i really like to create tab/navigation button can change the colour.. example : www.youtube.com. it have 4 button at top - videos | categories | channels | community ..

    when i click videos..the button change from blue to grey..how to do that?..is that have certain code.?..thanks for any replying folks..
