    These are vector art,which are done by using a variety of product available.One of the best would be Adobe's Illustrator.Mostly,people use brushes in photoshop,it not eases there work,but the result in general gives a good impression aswel.But once more,as there 'many' photoshop brushes,it depends which one you use,how you use,the effect,and lots of other facts.

    ive been looking for free .psd floral designs. too hard to find something like that for free. there are a lot in stockxpert but not free.. i think 8everything knows how to do that ;)

    you can use your illustration and imagination with Adobe Illustrator, and adobe photoshop, this is just fun, and doing some work you'll get something unique as a final products, which is ready to use.

    It does take time, but it can be done with AI and PS... if you want a quick one, many had already suggested brushes...

    choose burshes, focus on that...this type of graphics done by burshes.. easy to do.

    it might be easier with brushed but with AI i think you'll have more control!
