How to create silverlight projects ??

    I have few question which needs to be clarified before start working on MicroSoft Silverlight.
    Let me know if anyone knows the answers for my questions.... [:confused:]

    1. Silverlight is a Product/Software's Name like Adobe Flash?
    2. How can I create presentations/applications using/in Silverlight?
    3. Where I can get the trail version/ Buy the license for this silverlight?

    I hope these must be a simple questions to you guys....
