Give me idea to create a good SEO report for client ...i wanna send to client.which points should be include in to this,is there is a particular way while creating a seo report?

I think can you use chart type in excel and update your work column wise.

HI! Its upto clients as sometimes client want both report (keyword - analysis report and submission report)..and some times client ask only for keywords report...I think its better to give both report if client didn't tell you anything...

if you want to rich your seo report,you can fill out columns of links,url,usernmae,password,pagerank,date of submission of building links so that your buyer gets a good idea

 

Reports should come before results. It is good for the client to know which keywords you are targeting & also a competition analysis so that they'll know generally how long it will take to see results.

My company sends reports of the actual links that we make.

 

Show them how many backlinks their competitor has and how many they want to shoot for, tell them what their position is on google, if the site isn't indexed show them that as well...I would go to woorank generate a report and take it from there
