    You haven't cleared your question,whether you want RSS of a website or of a blog.
    For a blog RSS, you can use services like feedburner etc and for the websites, either you will provide RSS of products and content on it or if you want RSS of full website than you need to put some scripts on your webpage to generate RSS.
