If I understand you right, you want to have backlinks from blogs. You will find plenty of information on the web where people will recommend you to comment on blogs with your link in the comment. I would not advise you to do this as you can be penalized by Google. It doesn't matter if you manually do the commenting or if you use a program that will do the job for you.
The best way for you to link with blogs is through guest posting. It's one way to give more valuable exposure to the website you are promoting. All you have to do is outreach them and ask if they allow guest posting. Provide 3 blog topics for them to choose what is best for their blog.
My best option is guest blogging because my personal experience i get more links, but should aware of the relevant website and content should be relevant, good grammar .
