    Please help me how to create a MY SQL database i dont have any knowledge about this actually i will upload live support in my site & recently showing MY SQL database is offline error so please tell me how to solve this problem.............

    ^ That works if you have phpmyadmin at your side. If your hosting provider provided cpanel or some similar solution, there is probably also a create database option from the control panel.
