How to create mouseover hand?

    Hi All

    I'm trying to locate code that will allow me to make my mouse turn into a white hand when I hover over text that instead of hyperlinking to another page, expands navigation.

    Does anyone know the code to modify the mouse over to turn into a white hand when hovering over specific words?

    There is a mistake in that page, the "hand" value should be "pointer". "hand" only works in MSIE; "pointer" works in all.
