How to create Metabank / BankOfAmerica checking account for paypal verify

    PayPal made my day worst.

    I need you help guyz. Do any know how to verify PayPal by metabank or bank of america checking/saving account for free. etrade not working.

    You Cannot create that one because you are resident of India and Does not have valid US Documents. By the way you also cannot create free Bank account.

    I heard that there is scope for international users. Can have US bank account .
