If you actually care about your brand or website, don't bother. Link wheels are a complete load of shit only peddled by folks who don't know how to do things correctly or want to rank something fast, to make a quick buck off of you. In a nutshell, it's nothing more than spam and I wish those services were banned from DP for that very reason but, they are banned because it involves the transferring of social related accounts.

I generally just use a tiered system. The highest quality / manually created backlinks point directly to my main site. (comments on moderated dofollow blogs, web 2.0's, etc.) The automated backlinks will usually point to those, and so forth.
