Create a couple of pages actually not just a single page and make sure you do have privacy policy , contact , terms and conditions and contact page , also do have some content on your lp and other pages as well

Easy to Use/Understand (You want to make sure that users get to your site and within seconds you can communicate to them exactly what you want them to do) 4. Relevant Copy (Especially, if you're doing paid search. It is important to have relevant keywords, header tags, to help your quality score) 5. Page Loading Time 6. TEST, TEST, TEST (It is important to continue to iterate your landing page and test different versions to determine which is best)
