How to create google backlink?

I do not understand the meaning of the question ..
what could be more obvious??might be able to help me too

Write articles and submit in articles sites, and also link exchange with pr4 and pr5 then you can get back links.

sometimes i dont understand with how google showing the search result, it different depend on language setting and your local area, so if you request your website information regarded this backlink from google it will makes you confused

 

you put a comment on other blog, then it will be 1 backlink for you. if you want more, post more comments.

 

look dear, i think, you cannot "create" backlinks from google. you can submit your articles or pages in social networking sites which will fetch you a back-link for your site.
