How to create feed from list of urls

    i have a list of urls and i want to create feed for them.now i am picking one url at a time and adding an item to feed ,copy pasting that url and writing description for that.
    can any onehelp me in some free tool from which can pick all the urls from text file and then i can add description to it.so that i dont have to copy paste every url.
